Full rejection means decorative flake is broadcast until the wet epoxy base coat is completely covered. Loose excess flake is removed before the topcoat is applied.

Minor cracks and spalls are repaired as part of normal preparation where appropriate. Significant damage or unusual repairs may require additional work and will be discussed during the estimate.
